Return and Refund Policy


 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy


We want you to be satisfied with what you ordered! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our returns policy below for more information on how to return or exchange items.


1. Eligibility for Returns and exchanges


Timeframe: You can return the clothing within 28 days of receiving your order.


Condition: Items must be in their original condition, with tags still attached and no signs of wear.


Exclusions: The following items cannot be returned and are non-refundable:


  • Final sale or clearance items (marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase)

  • Swimwear, lingerie, and hosiery (for hygiene reasons)

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Gift cards

2. How to Make a Return:


Step 1: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@jordynstormswear.style within 28 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return.


Step 2: Please attach the Jordyn Storms address (sticky returns address label will be located with order paperwork) to the front of the original packaging.


Step 3: Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, ensuring the tags remain attached, and ship the item(s) back to us using your local postal service.


Step 4: Once we have received your returned item(s), we will process your exchange or refund after approval. If for any reason the returned item(s) do not meet our return requirements, we will contact you via email with an explanation.


3. Refunds:

Refund Process: 

Once we have received and reviewed your returned item(s), we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.


Refund Amount:

 Refunds will include the full purchase price of the item(s), excluding original shipping fees (unless the item was defective or incorrect).


4. Exchanges:

If you need a different size, colour, or style, you can exchange the item by following the return process above. However, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item(s) to ensure availability and faster processing.


Once we have received your item(s), you will refunded you for the original purchase.


5. Damaged or Defective Item(s):

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Return Shipping Costs


Domestic Returns: 

If your return is due to a sizing issue or change of mind, you will be responsible for return shipping. For defective or incorrect item(s), we will cover the return shipping costs.


International Returns:

 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all international returns.


7. Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
